Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. This applies to all categories, including Men's, Women's, and Youth clothing. If your purchase meets these criteria, you can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Procedure Made Simple

Returning an item is easy. Simply visit our website or come to our Houston store to fill out the return form provided at the time of purchase. For online returns, securely package your item and include the return form. You may ship it back to us or, if you're local, drop it off at our store. Customer is RESPONSIBLE for return shipping.

Exchange Options

We offer exchanges on eligible items ONLY. Follow the same procedure as a return, and simply indicate your desired replacement item on the return form. We’ll do our best to fulfill your request.

Timely Refunds and Processing

Once we've received your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for processing .No Refunds will be issued ALL SALES FINAL. If you requested an exchange, your replacement will ship out immediately after your return is processed.
